Phase I
(April 11-22, 2011)
Registration Period
1. download Registration form
2. fill in the Registration form
3. Sign the Code of Conduct form and Travel Waiver form
4. email all forms to [email protected]. You will receive the confirmation email within 48 hours.
5. Registration fee is 3500 baht per person including transportation, accommodation, all meals and printed materials for debate session.
Phase II
(April 23-29, 2011)
Payment Period
1. Transfer the money (registration fee 3500 baht per person)
